Details

• 
  Full Time Schedules 
  
• 
  Some weekends may be required
  
• 
  8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
  
• 
  Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
  
• 
  Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm
  

Duties

• 
  Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs
  
• 
  Provide individual, family, and group counseling
  
• 
  Develop and implement treatment plans
  
• 
  Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments
  
• 
  Connect clients with community resources and support services
  
• 
  Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  
• 
  Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
  
• 
  Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available services
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies
  
• 
  Advocate for clients to improve access to care and support
  

Qualifications

• 
  Graduation from an accredited educational institution
  
• 
  Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the State in NC. The license MUST be in good standing
  
• 
  1 year of experience
