Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will:
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and project stakeholders
- Track project schedules and help identify potential delays or issues
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget management
- Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation
- Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress and project execution
- Assist with procurement and material tracking
- Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation
- Ensure project information is organized, accurate, and up to date

The successful Assistant Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required
- 1-4 years of construction experience preferred
- Internship or co-op experience with a General Contractor is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
