$55,000 BASE SALARY

UP TO $18,000 IN PERFORMANCE BONUSES

$73,000 ANNUAL TARGET COMPENSATION + ADDITIONAL SALES-GROWTH INCENTIVES!

Our independently owned Domino's franchise is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our State College team.

We want someone who can build a strong team, take ownership of store performance, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Proven restaurant leadership experience

• High-volume QSR experience preferred

• Experience with $30K+ average weekly sales preferred

• Strong labor, food cost, and inventory management

• Excellent hiring, training, and team-development skills

• A results-driven leader who takes initiative
