Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Temp-to-Perm)

Revised Personnel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
• Sweep breezeways, sidewalks, and parking areas
• Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Maintain pool and common areas as directed
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Assist the maintenance team with property upkeep as needed

Requirements:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
