Revised Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a dependable candidate with strong leadership skills and HVAC certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the property
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Coordinate apartment make-readies and inspections
• Assist with emergency maintenance calls when needed
• Ensure property maintenance standards are met

Qualifications:

• HVAC Certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Must have your own basic tools
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
