What We Offer

• Mover/Helper: Up to $22/hr (hourly rate + tips)
• Driver/Team Leader: Up to $28/hr (hourly rate + bonus incentives)
• Average $800–$1000/month in tips alone
• $200 referral bonus after your referral completes 15 moves
• Opportunities for raises and advancement
• Ideal for students, side hustles, and part-time workers
• Must be available at least 3 days per week

W-2 Employment Status

• You’re an employee, not a contractor
• Full workers’ compensation coverage

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (CDL A or B preferred, but not required)
• Clean driving record (max 3 points in 2 years, no major suspensions or accidents)
• Leadership skills and moving experience preferred
• Be available for weekend shifts
• Have reliable transportation (we are MARTA-accessible)
