We’re a heart-led, privately owned home care agency seeking dedicated PCAs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants who are ready to make a meaningful difference.
Certification Required – No Exceptions Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.
Competitive Starting Pay
- PCA – $15.50/hr
- Nursing Assistant – $16.00/hr
- CNA – $17.00/hr + $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training

What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and linens
- Prepare simple meals
- Medication reminders
- Follow care plans and communicate with families
What We’re Looking For
- Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification ( Required – No Exceptions )
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, patient, and professional
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
