We’re seeking dependable, caring, and motivated PCAs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants who are ready to build a meaningful career in senior care.

Certification Required – No Exceptions Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.
Starting Pay
- PCA – $15.00/hr
- ️ CNA – $16.50/hr
- Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr + $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training

What You’ll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding) Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying) Prepare simple, healthy meals Medication reminders Support families with safe caregiving practices Use dementia-friendly care methods (training provided)
What You’ll Need Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions) Compassionate and dependable personality Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license Comfortable around pets (a plus) Ability to lift 25 lbs Strong communication skills Ability to follow care plans and adapt Must pass a background check Dementia care experience (preferred)
