What You'll Do as a Caregiver
As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offering medication reminders
- Supporting mobility and daily activities
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Delivering compassionate, professional care in clients' homes
What We're Looking For
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) preferred but not required
- Willingness to complete paid training if not currently certified
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, compassionate, and professional attitude
