Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patient conditions, detecting changes in symptoms, health, or pain
Administer medications and assist with medical procedures
Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts
Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid NY or NJ RN License (LPNs must hold an active LPN license)
Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in your specialty
BLS, ACLS, PALS, or Specialty Certifications (as required for your role)
Strong Communication & Critical Thinking Skills
