JOB REQUIREMENTS- Board: BC required (Eligible)
- Licenses: Licensed in CA
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital clinical activity in specialty
- Other Qualifications: Clean file preferred; no settlements, DUIs, restrictions
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology/oncology care
- Manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
- Collaborate with oncologists and nursing staff
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Document patient encounters in Epic EMR
