NPI Planner - Netsuite Optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in NPI Planning, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Analysis within a hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience optimizing NetSuite ERP for manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Proven ability to create and execute test cases, system testing, and workflow debugging.
• Experience building NetSuite data structures, custom records, saved searches, and relational data tables.
• Knowledge of Arena PLM and data integration methodologies.
• Experience with ERP/PLM data synchronization tools such as Celigo, Jitterbit, or custom APIs.
• Familiarity with semiconductor capital equipment, laser systems, or complex electro-mechanical assemblies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and supply chain management for NPI builds, including establishing BOMs, routings, and work orders in NetSuite.
• Design, execute, and validate system testing for NetSuite workflows, custom fields, scripts, and modules.
• Manage and optimize NetSuite data architecture, including customization of data tables, reports, and dashboards.
• Oversee the integration pipeline between Arena PLM and NetSuite ERP, ensuring accurate data transfer and revision control.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to coordinate ECOs, ECNs, and BOM updates, maintaining data integrity and active build schedules.
