Drive product development milestones from concept through pilot build and mass production.
Manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Collaborate with R&D, customers and account teams to define DFX (Design for Excellence) requirements.
Ensure readiness of supply chain, production tooling, and test infrastructure before launch.
Support prototype builds and coordinate feedback into the design iteration cycle.
Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes and best practices.
