Job Summary:
- Location: Glens Falls, NY (Adirondack/Capital Region).
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Eligible for benefits at 30+ hours/week).
- Core Focus: Customer Service, Team Collaboration, and Clinical Support.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patient & Team Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication lines across a diverse ecosystem of patients, students, staff, and physicians.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service to a wide variety of visitors, answering inquiries and resolving problems efficiently.
- Collaboration: Foster and promote a unified, positive team environment across daily operations.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Actively guide, coach, and teach less experienced team members to help elevate the team's overall skillset.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve daily operational or patient care bottlenecks on the spot.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Computer Literacy:Strong computer literacy skills are required for this role.
- Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking abilities are strictly required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven capability to interact empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Team Leadership: Comfort and ability to serve as an operational peer mentor or trainer.
