What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.

• Provide medication reminders as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN).

• Assist with exercises, braces, compression stockings, and adaptive equipment.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, needs, and behaviors to nursing staff.

• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, including making beds, changing linens, and assisting with personal laundry.

• Escort residents to meals and provide meal trays as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and in-service education.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Nurse Aide certification, or willingness to obtain certification in accordance with applicable state requirements.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach to care.

• Dependability and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow care plans and communicate residents’ needs to nursing staff.

• Comfort working in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of caregiving or healthcare-related experience.

• Experience working with older adults or in a residential care setting.
