Spurwink is hiring Nurses for our soon-to-open Lewiston Crisis Center, which offers a warm, welcoming environment for individuals ages 14+ experience urgent behavioral health needs. As an alternative to hospitalization or law enforcement intervention, we provide stabilization, observation, assessment, and short-term intervention in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive environment - open 24/7, 365 days a year, promoting safety, dignity, and recovery.DUTIES:Provide comprehensive nursing care, including education on health, safety wellness, self-management skills, and medication.
