As the operational and clinical leader, you will oversee 24/7 patient care delivery, champion evidence-based practice, cultivate nursing excellence, and lead strategic initiatives that elevate the patient and caregiver experience.

What You'll Do

Lead Exceptional Teams

• Inspire, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of nursing professionals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Build succession plans and develop future nursing leaders.

Shape the Future of Emergency Care

• Direct safe, high-quality patient care using evidence-based clinical and leadership practices.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, safety, throughput, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead transformational change in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Manage a complex department with responsibility for significant staffing and financial resources.
• Develop and manage staffing plans, operating budgets, productivity targets, and departmental performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and patient experience.

Ensure Regulatory and Quality Excellence

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, professional standards, and departmental policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Drive Strategic Growth

• Support service line expansion and organizational growth initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement innovative systems and processes that advance patient care and operational success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license
• 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5-10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• 3-5 years of recent Emergency Department operations leadership experience
• Specialty board certification
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing clinical teams
