Nurse Manager- Emergency Department Randallstown, Maryland Full Time
Our leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers, Reporting to the Director, a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators. The manger will oversee approximately 98 FTEs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate 24/7 Emergency Department operations.
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Monitor quality, safety, staffing, and financial performance.
Implement evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Experience in leading change management and process improvement.
Experince with lean principles.
Strong working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
3–5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
