Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of nursing activities within the healthcare facility.

Pay Starting: $104,000 per year based on experience and skillset

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • BLS and First Aid certification required


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of nurses by providing guidance, training, and support
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive patient care experience
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and report generation
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for the nursing team
  • Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of nursing staff
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management to address any issues or concerns
