Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of nursing activities within the healthcare facility.
Pay Starting: $104,000 per year based on experience and skillset

Qualifications:
Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice
Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
BLS and First Aid certification required
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of nurses by providing guidance, training, and support
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive patient care experience
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and report generation
Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for the nursing team
Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of nursing staff
Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management to address any issues or concerns
