Step into a high-impact leadership opportunity where clinical excellence meets strategic operations. This role is ideal for an experienced nursing leader ready to shape patient care delivery across multiple units within a fast-paced, complex acute care environment.

You will lead the execution of best-practice care models, drive standardization of clinical workflows, and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care across several inpatient and specialty areas. This is a highly visible leadership position that partners closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive stakeholders to advance care delivery across the continuum.

What You’ll Lead & Influence

In this role, you will:

  • Champion the implementation of evidence-based care delivery systems and clinical practice standards across multiple units
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care across 24/7 operations
  • Oversee patient care operations, staffing utilization, and resource allocation to optimize outcomes and efficiency
  • Serve as a key escalation point for patient and family concerns, ensuring resolution with professionalism and compassion
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence
  • Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to strengthen collaboration and care coordination
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards including The Joint Commission, state nursing regulations, and internal policies
  • Guide performance management, staff development, succession planning, and leadership growth across teams
  • Lead budget oversight, payroll/non-payroll management, and operational forecasting
  • Support emergency preparedness planning and readiness across assigned clinical areas

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical patient care experience
  • At least 5 years in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience with or without direct reports
  • Strong background in acute care, hospital operations, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Proven ability to lead in high-acuity, fast-paced environments

Why This Role Stands Out

This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to shape how care is delivered across multiple clinical areas in a mission-driven environment. You’ll have the autonomy to lead operational transformation, elevate clinical standards, and directly influence patient outcomes at scale.
