What You’ll Lead & Influence
In this role, you will:
Champion the implementation of evidence-based care delivery systems and clinical practice standards across multiple units
Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care across 24/7 operations
Oversee patient care operations, staffing utilization, and resource allocation to optimize outcomes and efficiency
Serve as a key escalation point for patient and family concerns, ensuring resolution with professionalism and compassion
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence
Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to strengthen collaboration and care coordination
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards including The Joint Commission, state nursing regulations, and internal policies
Guide performance management, staff development, succession planning, and leadership growth across teams
Lead budget oversight, payroll/non-payroll management, and operational forecasting
Support emergency preparedness planning and readiness across assigned clinical areas
What You Bring
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
BSN required
Minimum 5 years of clinical patient care experience
At least 5 years in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, or related field
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience with or without direct reports
Strong background in acute care, hospital operations, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Proven ability to lead in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
