We’re hiring a Nurse Manager to lead a high-volume Operating Room in a large acute care hospital.
Highlights:
• 18 ORs | ~45 cases/day
• 100+ FTEs + 2 Assistant Nurse Managers
• Advanced robotics (7 XI + 1 SP)
• Complex cases: neuro, ortho, urology, ENT, colorectal, general
What you’ll do:
• Lead OR operations and staff
• Hire, onboard, and develop your team
• Mentor Assistant Nurse Managers
• Drive efficiency, performance, and accountability
What we’re looking for:
• RN license
• OR / Surgical Services leadership experience
• Experience in a high-volume OR environment
