Nurse Manager / Operating Room (San Pedro, California)

Client Details:

Direct reports approximately 60. OR suite = 12. Bariatric Center of Excellence, a lot of ortho total joint procedures. No spine, heart, or neuro cases. Average cases = 50 daily average.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in patient care delivery.

Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN).

4 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Basic Life Support required at hire

CA RN license by hire date.

American Heart Association BLS.

BSN or MSN.

5 years of main Operating Room RN work experience.

4 years of RN leadership experience, which can consist of RN Manager, RN Supervisor, or Charge Nurse experience. Out of these 4 years, at least 2-3 years need to be in Manager or Supervisor RN position.
