How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead the Full Perioperative Continuum by synchronizing workflows across Pre-Op, Intra-Op, Post-Op, and PAT to ensure a seamless, safe, and efficient patient journey.
Cultivate a High-Performance Culture through proactive hiring, mentorship, and team development, ensuring staff engagement and the highest levels of physician satisfaction.
Champion Clinical Excellence and Safety by establishing quality monitoring systems and policies that align with national accreditation standards and improve patient outcomes.
Strategically Manage Unit Resources by overseeing budgets and operational assets to ensure the department remains financially healthy while delivering world-class care.

Extensive Perioperative Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience navigating the complexities of the surgical environment
