p>Requirements: • Current RN license and CPR certification • 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis • Charge RN readiness approval required • ADN required; BSN preferred • ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred • CNN/CDN certification a plus • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes • Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs • Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery • Build long-term relationships with patients and families • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
