Job Description

We are hiring for a RN Med/Surg position in Michigan. The role requires 1–2 weeks of initial onsite training, followed by a fully remote work arrangement. We are looking for Michigan-based candidates with a valid MI RN License and BLS certification.

Job Responsibilities

Assess patients' medical conditions and monitor their health status through virtual consultations and remote monitoring.
Review patient medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
Coordinate patient care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Monitor patient progress and identify potential changes in health conditions.
Respond to patient concerns and provide appropriate clinical guidance through phone or virtual communication.
Assist with discharge planning, follow-up appointments, and continuity of care.
Review laboratory results and diagnostic reports and escalate abnormal findings to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
