NEW Nurse Navigator
Unit: Advanced Heart Failure RN - LVAD Navigator x1
13 weeks, Monday through Friday 5x8, no weekends
Required:
- DC RN License
- 2 years of experience required as an inpatient navigator or case manager
- Cerner experience preferred
- 1 Previous Travel assignment required
