Scheidler Health Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Hamilton, OH. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the EMR system

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Current board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• Valid DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
