Position Details: Location: Chattanooga, TN Job Type: Full-Time | Inpatient | 7 On / 7 Off Schedule Compensation: $125,000+ annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for inpatient populations
Participate in daily rounds, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary meetings
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and clinical teams to deliver coordinated care
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience
Active Tennessee license or license eligibility
Tennessee DEA license or ability to obtain
Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations
