Join Our Healthcare Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Adult Medicine

We are seeking skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality adult medicine services in a dynamic clinical setting. What You'll Do:
Provide adult primary care services in a clinic setting, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Complete protocol agreements in accordance with licensing boards to ensure compliance.
Participate in Epic electronic health record training, scheduled biweekly from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., post-credentialing.
Ensure timely credentialing and training completion to commence patient care duties.
Required Skills:
Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Proven experience in adult primary care or family medicine.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with Epic electronic health records.
Knowledge of protocol development and documentation.
Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies.
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in adult medicine.
Successful completion of certification examinations (e.g., ANCC, NCCPA).
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel to the location closest to the candidates home for assignment.
Successful completion of credentialing process and protocol agreement with the governing medical board.
Willingness to complete Epic training and certification prerequisites.
