Solterra Wellness Club is hiring a part-time W-2 Nurse Practitioner for our founding Aesthetics and IV Wellness team at The Galaxy at Polaris in Columbus.
Start with a planned one or two consistent medical-service days weekly, a $60/hour guaranteed compensation floor, production commission when higher, and Solterra-provided professional malpractice insurance. Additional hours may become available as the practice grows.
We seek an experienced, clinically confident NP with strong hands-on IV access, infusion, injection, assessment, and documentation skills. Prior medical-aesthetics experience is preferred. Approved competency-based aesthetic training may be available for an exceptional clinician with strong transferable skills.
THE ROLE
- Conduct evaluations, consultations, treatment planning, orders, informed consent, documentation, and follow-up
- Finalize IV preparation and deliver approved treatments within Ohio scope, established protocols, and demonstrated competency
- Maintain medication safety, infection control, and emergency readiness; provide clinical and emergency coverage during scheduled medical-service hours
- Serve as the planned designated responsible person for Solterra's Terminal Distributor of Dangerous Drugs (TDDD) permit, subject to eligibility and required approvals; approved time for these responsibilities is paid
- Help finalize protocols, recognize and escalate complications, and educate patients without pressure selling
- Collaborate with Solterra's wellness and esthetics team
The initial focus is IV hydration/vitamin infusions, IM vitamin injections, and wrinkle-relaxing injectables. NAD+ therapy is planned subject to appropriate products, protocols, approvals, and competency. Additional services may follow as the practice develops.
CLINICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Solterra will provide professional malpractice insurance for the role; coverage terms will be confirmed before clinical work begins. We plan to engage an Ohio collaborating physician through CollaboratingDocs after selecting the NP. Clinical services will begin only after required collaboration, protocols, permits, insurance, and readiness requirements are in place.
Approved training may include facial anatomy, consultation, treatment planning, injectable technique, complication response, IV/wellness protocols, and documentation. Training does not automatically grant treatment privileges; documented competency, active licensing, applicable scope, and Solterra protocols govern services performed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Ohio APRN/NP license in good standing and appropriate Ohio prescriptive authority
- Current BLS certification
- Strong hands-on IV/infusion and injection skills, clinical judgment, documentation, and communication
- Ability to practice within established protocols and scope, including declining or deferring inappropriate treatment
Experience in infusion, emergency medicine, acute care, urgent care, family medicine, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is valuable.
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- $60 per hour guaranteed floor for approved scheduled work, including unbooked time during an approved shift
- 40% of gross collected service revenue personally performed, with no deduction for product costs
- Service compensation is the higher of the hourly-floor calculation or production commission for the applicable pay period; these are not stacked for the same production time
- Approved training, meetings, preparation, documentation, TDDD duties, and other non-production work are paid separately at $60 per hour
Patient volume and earnings above the floor are not guaranteed. Exact weekly shifts, paid onboarding, and start timing will be agreed individually. This role can complement another clinical position. Clinical launch depends on site readiness and required approvals.
Apply with your resume and three short screening questions. No cover letter is required.
