Nurse Practitioner - Aesthetics & IV Wellness

Solterra Wellness Club is hiring a part-time W-2 Nurse Practitioner to join our founding Aesthetics and IV Wellness team at The Galaxy at Polaris.We are seeking an experienced, clinically confident NP with strong hands-on IV access, infusion therapy, injection skills, careful assessment, and thorough documentation. Prior medical-aesthetics experience is preferred. For an exceptional clinician with strong transferable skills and a safety-first mindset, approved competency-based aesthetic training may be available.A CLINICIAN-FIRST ENVIRONMENTSolterra is building a conservative, relationship-based medical wellness practice centered on patient safety, thoughtful consultation, appropriate treatment, and genuine hospitality. The right NP listens carefully, practices within scope and protocol, and is comfortable declining or deferring treatment when it is not clinically appropriate.Potential services include aesthetic consultations, wrinkle-relaxing injectables, collagen-supporting aesthetic treatments, IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, wellness injections, IM and subcutaneous injections, and additional evidence-informed services as competencies develop.TRAINING AND COMPETENCYApproved training may include facial anatomy, consultation, treatment planning, wrinkle-relaxing injectables, technique, complication recognition and response, IV and wellness protocols, documentation, and safety.Training does not automatically grant independent treatment privileges. Privileges depend on documented training and demonstrated competency, active licensing, applicable scope of practice, and Solterra protocols.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Conduct careful consultations, assessments, treatment planning, consent, documentation, and follow-up- Deliver approved services safely within demonstrated competency- Maintain infection-control, medication-handling, and emergency-readiness standards- Recognize and escalate complications appropriately- Educate patients clearly without pressure selling- Help shape thoughtful protocols and a consistent founding-patient experience- Collaborate with Solterra's broader wellness and esthetics teamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program- Active Ohio APRN or NP license in good standing- Appropriate Ohio prescriptive authority for assigned services- Current BLS certification- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills- Ability to work independently within established protocols and scope- Commitment to conservative, evidence-informed careVALUABLE EXPERIENCEHands-on IV access, infusion therapy, IM or subcutaneous injections, emergency response, medication administration, Botox, Dysport, fillers, Sculptra, or other aesthetic treatments are valuable. Clinicians from emergency medicine, ICU or acute care, urgent care, family medicine, women's health, dermatology, plastic surgery, infusion therapy, and medical aesthetics are encouraged to apply.SCHEDULE AND GROWTHThis is a part-time W-2 role with additional hours possible as the practice grows. Patient volume will build over time, so this opportunity may fit an NP who wants to enter or expand in aesthetics while maintaining another clinical position during Solterra's early growth.COMPENSATION- $50 per hour guaranteed compensation floor for approved scheduled work- 40% of gross collected service revenue for services personally performed, with no deduction for product costs- The higher of the hourly-floor calculation or production commission applies for the applicable pay period; the two are not stacked for the same production time- Approved training, meetings, administrative duties, and other non-production work are paid at $50 per hourActual production earnings depend on completed services, collected revenue, and patient volume.
