Nurse Practitioner

Vantage Health Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its wellness and recovery practice. This role provides clinical oversight and direct patient care across a broad range of restorative, weight management, and aesthetic services. The Nurse Practitioner will play a central role in delivering safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and determine candidacy for recovery, wellness, weight management, and aesthetic treatments.
• Develop and manage individualized medical weight loss programs, including patient monitoring, follow-up, and plan adjustments.
• Prescribe, administer, and oversee IV drip therapy and vitamin and Lipo-C injections in accordance with applicable regulations and clinical protocols.
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight for whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna sessions, compression therapy, and red light therapy.
• Support and supervise skin aesthetics services, including PHYSIQ body contouring, VirtueRF microneedling, and facials.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to establish and refine clinical protocols and maintain a high standard of patient care.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and national certification in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Prescriptive authority and the ability to practice in accordance with state regulations.
• Experience in medical weight loss, IV therapy, aesthetics, or wellness and recovery services is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, multidisciplinary team.
