Schedule: 32hrs/wk

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed master''s degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $146,000-$149,760, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
