Position Overview
Watson Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This provider will work closely with Dr. Andrea Watson to deliver high-touch, concierge-level care to a select patient population.
The ideal candidate values quality over quantity, embraces preventive and wellness-focused medicine, and enjoys forming long-term relationships with patients while helping them achieve their healthiest lives.
What You'll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct annual wellness examinations
- Manage routine follow-up appointments
- Evaluate and treat acute illnesses
- Provide chronic disease management
- Manage medications and treatment plans
- Review and interpret laboratory results
- Develop preventive care strategies
- Conduct health optimization consultations
- Provide hormone therapy follow-up care
- Support weight management programs
- Deliver patient education and lifestyle counseling
Patient Experience Responsibilities
- Build lasting, trusted relationships with patients
- Deliver exceptional concierge-level service
- Respond thoughtfully and promptly to patient concerns
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to provide coordinated care
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and member retention through outstanding communication and care

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Concierge Medicine
- Functional Medicine
- Preventive Medicine
Hormone therapy experience is a plus, but not required.
