    Description

    The Opportunity

Join a mission-driven healthcare team supporting the City employees who keep Greenville running every day. CLFC is seeking a South Carolina-licensed Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to staff the City of Greenville's Employee Health Clinic, a low-volume outpatient employee-health setting that delivers scheduled primary and occupational care to municipal employees and their eligible family members (age 13 and up). This flexible, part-time, on-site engagement lets you continue your current practice while providing meaningful care with predictable scheduling and strong administrative support. CLFC coordinates your South Carolina collaborating physician, so you do not need to source your own supervising agreement.

Schedule: Approximately 8 hours per week, two afternoons (Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00 to 5:00 PM). No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide acute and episodic care, wellness visits, and chronic-disease management for City employees and family members
    • Perform CLIA-waived point-of-care testing and appropriate follow-up
    • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic studies within scope
    • Document encounters accurately in the clinic system
    • Coordinate with the collaborating physician consistent with South Carolina reduced-practice requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Active, unrestricted South Carolina Nurse Practitioner / APRN license (or South Carolina PA license)
    • Current national board certification (e.g., FNP-C/FNP-BC, AGNP) and, for a PA, NCCPA certification
    • Active DEA registration
    • Current BLS

    Why This Engagement

    • No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
    • Predictable Tuesday and Thursday afternoon schedule in a low-volume, patient-focused clinic
    • Flexible supplemental income that complements your current practice
    • CLFC coordinates and provides your South Carolina collaborating physician relationship
    • CLFC manages credentialing, privileging, onboarding, and ongoing contract administration, plus malpractice coordination
    • Multi-year engagement potential under a City contract
