About the RoleJudith Ruth Medical Center LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced
Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful impact on the community.
Compensation and Support- Malpractice coverage
- Support with applicable collaborating or delegating physician fees
- Continuing education (CEU) support
- DEA registration support may be available after an initial 18-month commitment, subject to entering into a subsequent three-year contract
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Georgia and federal regulations.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.
- Educate patients about prevention, chronic disease management, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide compassionate, culturally competent care.
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Georgia Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
- National board certification (FNP-C, ANP-C, AGNP, or equivalent).
- Must be credentialed and enrolled with Medicare and Georgia Medicaid.
- Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Georgia.
- Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine experience is a plus.
- CCM/RPM experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
