Title: Nurse PractitionerContract Length: 6 months
Location: Lyndhurst, OH 44124
Shift- Hours: 32.5-40 hours per week,
every other weekend requirement: Monday-Friday hours 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm, Sunday 9am-4:30pm
Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2
Candidates must have prior primary care or urgent care experience.
Primary Responsibilities- Client Nurse Practitioners will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients.
- The clinical care team will work with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for entire panel of patients.
- This will include accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- This role will report to the practice manager.
- -Include screenshot of BLS and license. (BLS from ARC or AHA is required.)
Experience:- A MINIMUM of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in either a family medicine, primary care practice, or urgent care required.
- Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions
- Self- motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for their patients and their practice
Education:- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
