The Practice: Mayfair Internal Medicine/Colorado Physician Partners seeks 1 APP to join our well established clinic with 1 Physician and 1 APP. Colorado Physician Partners/CP2 has served its community by delivering value-based, compassionate healthcare. Today, CP2 has joined forces with Alpine Physician Partners to reinforce its vision, mission, and core values.

The Position:

• 1.0FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing hours/week
• 10-18 patients per day
• Shared call schedule  
• EHR - Allscripts

Qualifications:

• Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• ANCC or AANP Certification
• Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
