Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, pay package discussed upon application)

What Youll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a busy NICU setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient-centered care
Monitor and assess critically ill newborns
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as needed
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Support families and communicate effectively with team members
Participate in on-call responsibilities during scheduled shifts
What You Need
Required:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Neonatology or NICU experience preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred:
Prior experience in a neonatal intensive care setting
BLS/NRP certification
