Team setting of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
This role:
Full-time, permanent position
NP will see 15-25 patients per day on average
APP will work in a primary care setting seeing nursing home patients
Provider will work at one facility with 1 NP and 1 MD
Background:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Ideally someone with med surg, telemetry or nursing home experience
Ability to build relationships well with the staff and patients be fully involved in the facility.
