Established specialty care practice providing comprehensive urologic care to patients
Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with patients

Willing to provide training for the right candidate with a strong clinical background and a passion for learning
About the Position:
MondayFriday, 8 a.m.5 p.m. schedule
Provide comprehensive urologic care in collaboration with an experienced team of physicians and APPs
Build strong patient relationships and develop a loyal patient following, with the opportunity to become a trusted provider whom patients specifically request
Training available for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Encourages continued professional development and thoughtful use of AI and other educational resources to support clinical learning
No call or very limited phone call, supporting a desirable work-life balance
Compensation:
$135, 000$170, 000 base salary, depending on experience
Additional $7, 000 quarterly bonus potential based on productivity

Job Qualifications:
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
1+ year of Urology experience preferred, but candidates with the right clinical background and willingness to learn will be considered
New graduate NPs may be considered with strong prior RN experience
