Nurse Practitioner Oncology

Full- time, permanent Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Poughkeepsie & Fishkill, NY.
Position: Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner
Location: Fishkill, NY
Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: 4-day workweek with one regular weekday off
Compensation: Starting at $160K-$165K/year (with flexibility to increase based on experience and qualifications)
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 20 patients/day
Start Date: ASAP
EMR: OncoEMR
Responsibilities:
" Provide comprehensive care to Hematology/Oncology patients
" Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
" Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope
" Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
" Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
" Provide pre- and postoperative care when needed
" Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Requirements:
" Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
" Current NP/APRN or PA license
" Hematology/Oncology experience preferred but not required
