Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Cardiology

Deaconess Specialty Physicians Cardiology is seeking a full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient team at Gateway.   In this role our APPs see a mix of standard follow ups along with cardiac clearance visits for established patients, and acute visits as needed.  This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. APP has the option of working a 5 day per week schedule or a 4 day per week schedule- with some variation as patient volume dictates. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
