    Location: Lake Forest, IL

    Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Position

    We are a Primary Care and Internal Medicine Practice.

    Full Time or Part Time Position!

    We are open: Mon - Fri: 9 am - 5 pm

    No Nights or Weekends

    Compensation:

    $55/HR - $60/HR + Benefits

    Requirements:

    Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

    Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Licensed In state Of IL.
