Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Swing Shift

St. Charles, MO

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established hospitalist team. This position focuses primarily on admissions and offers a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The provider will work with a high degree of autonomy, so we are looking for someone who is confident, clinically strong, and able to hit the ground running. At least one year of hospitalist experience is strongly preferred.

Position Highlights:

• Salary of $140,000 plus bonus
• Relocation assistance
• 12:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. swing shift
• 7-on/7-off schedule
• Primary focus on admissions
• Average of approximately 10 admissions per shift; volume may vary

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• At least one year of hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing admissions in a fast-paced hospital setting
