Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care - Per Diem (Bloomington Clinic)

IU Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care clinic in Bloomington, IN! 

Position Details:

• PRN
  • 3 shifts per month
• 100% outpatient
• Ages 3 months and up
• Urgent care and occupational medicine visits at all locations.
  • Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration and I&D, EKG, suturing
  • occupational medicine: work comp and DOT physicals, sports physicals.

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine required
