Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, physician-led team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern ambulatory urgent care setting with strong clinical leadership and operational support.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan
Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, EKGs, and imaging
Perform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice and scope of licensure
Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Ensure timely referrals, escalation of care, and coordination when clinically indicated
Practice within a highly respected, physician-led organization
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
National certification as an NP (FNP or equivalent) or PA-C
Active, unrestricted California license
Current DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS required; ACLS and PALS as applicable
Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care experience required
