Requirements

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)
  
• 2+ years of managed care experience required
  
• Experience caring for Medicare and senior populations strongly preferred
  
• Passion for value-based medicine and preventive care
  
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
