We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pain management team!

Qualifications

• Master''s Degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners (Required) or
• Master''s Degree from accredited Physician Assistant Program for Physician Assistants (Required)

Work Experience

• 1 plus years Pain Management experience preferred
• 3 years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) or Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Department Specific Certifications may be required.
