• Sturdy Health Primary Care - Norton is seeking a part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our join our well-established and successful team at our outpatient office in Norton, MA.

• Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established primary care practice through same-day or routinely scheduled appointments
• Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients
• Proactive care approach with preventative medicine
• Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties

• Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care
• Part-time schedule (20 hours)

Requirements:

• A passion for primary care
• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Adult/Gerontology nurse practitioner, Family Medicine nurse practitioner program, or physician assistant program
• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
• Must have or eligible for, and maintain, a current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
• Current certification in CPR required
• Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
